Mesh generation

I have been doing a flow simulation. I used to mesh using LS Dyna as it's my simulation tool. It wasnt good enough, so i wanted to use Hypermesh for meshing.
I am aware how to use Hypermesh but approaching this problem remains a tough one.
Please find the attachment. Two Inlets flow out into nozzle, mix and flow out. Larger Inlet carries H2-O2 gas and the other one carries dry air. The dry air flows out, cools down the larger torch and flow towards x direction (in this picture) and mix with gas that comes out larger pipe. Would someone please help me how to approach 2d meshing using quad. elements for this problem. Any help or guidance would mean a lot. thanks much
