license error

This is my second time to use student version, when I install the license, and I have deleted all the folders and the first license.
There is only one new license in my computer, Host ID is also correct.
In the end, Hyperworks works well and no error, but I want to use Inspire and shows license error all the time
Please help me

Pls make sure your license has the feature for Inspire, and that you are using the version of Inspire that is supported by your license file.
