Student licensing error
Hi,
I got license error code: 9
I have done everything from this topic:

I have checked the ethernet physical address, and it's correct. Also i checked the license file altair_lic.dat ethernet address and it is the same my computer use.
I blurred last 4 digits.
I have downloaded the licence file from email and placed it to security folder.
I have checked license file name and it is not altair_lic.dat.dat.
I have tried to contact altairuniversity@altair.com, and they send me 4 times same instructions.
What else is there to do?

I have same physical address in altair_lic.dat and in my network when I check it from cmd config/all.0
