How do you fix License expiration. Error Code 15

Hi I just finished installing Hypermesh and got this error and it's saying my license expired 

Hello,

 

I just got Altair installed, but for some reason it says that my license expired that very day. And I'm not even sure how I can update my current license, or what to do. I'm not really sure what to do

 

Here is the error:

    Hi Justine,

     

    It looks like it really expired.

    a few checks:

    What type is your license? Is it a commercial license? or student one?

    Another thing: are you using 'hosted license'? (on the cloud?)

    Or a server license that points to a local server machine?

     

    If it is a commercial license, you should get in touch with your local Altair office representative to get a new license and/or check what is going on.

    Hi Adriano,

    Yes, I believe it was a commercial license because on the progress onto a student license I had some trouble. It was a hosted license I believe but I could be wrong. 

    Do you know if there's a faster way to contact Altair support? I am emailing some of them but it is a longer process than I would like and I cannot find a number to just use and call them with.

    what is your location? try one of these for commercial support.

    during the pandemics, probably email is the best choice.

    Identify yourself, and let your local support know the whole history.
