HyperWorks CFD – Boundary Conditions Shortcut

HyperWorks CFD supports two types of workflows for the assignment of boundary conditions. The traditional workflow leverages the tools that are accessed via the sprite action groups in the Flow ribbon.  However, you can also apply boundary conditions directly from a selection by using the right-click context menus. 

For example, to assign a surface to be a profiled inlet boundary, simply select the surface from the idle context then right-click and choose Assign Inlet > Profiled.  This takes you directly into the profiled inlet boundary condition context and allows you to input the appropriate parameters.
