"Feature(s): Currently have keys in use" error

I get the error "Feature(s):  Currently have keys in use.  Do you want to wait until keys are available?" ...and can't start the EDEM solver.

Already tried rebooting machine, resetting license on Altair hosted licensing site, and reauthorizing my machine with a new token via Altair's website and the local Altair licensing utility.

Worked fine a couple days ago???

    It looks like you did not enough licenses to launch the solver. Do you know if someone else was using an Altair product at that time?
