Wrongly deleted user

Hello to all,

I wrongly deleted a user from my Altair One License manager page and I need to re-add him.

But when I try to add the user it says: "User with email "......" already exists."

Is there a way to do so without changing email of the user?

    Please open a case from our Support portal with the details of the user.
