The usual reason for JTAG comms loss with high power switching gear is due to lack of isolation in the JTAG emulator. When debugging high power switching you should use an isolated JTAG emulator. A device like this should help

Is there no other way out to solve this problem.. i notice JTAG Emulator is placed near to MOSFETs. Is XDS510LC emulator getting reset because of 10K-40KHz switching of Mosfets?

You should try to keep the JTAG cable as far away as possible from the power switching elements. We have seen the problem solved simply by moving the JTAG pod away from the MOSFETS. You could also try adding shielding foil to the JTAG pod cabling.

This error comes from the TI JTAG driver. It means that the emulator could not reset the target.
