Development of a Neutral Atmospheric Boundary Layer

 Hello,  I am attempting to develop a Neutral Atmospheric Boundary Layer over a flat ground surface. While I am able to achieve a Neutral Velocity profile along the length of the computational domain, the corresponding shear stress at the ground surface is significantly underestimated (approximately 1/3 of the expected value). Is it possible to specify the value of shear stress along the ground surface within acuConsole? Otherwise, what else should be done to correctly achieve a Neutral Atmospheric Boundary Layer utilizing acuConsole and acuSolve?
