HyperStudy Tips and Tricks: #7 - Disabling Data for Post-Processing
Hello Design Explorers,
One of HyperStudy’s pillars is automatic data generation. A dataset can be generated on demand (such as from a FEM simulation) and/or imported through csv files (such as, experimental data).
By default, all evaluation data is post-processed through the data-mining tools.
It is never a bad thing to have too much data, however there are certain scenarios when one would like to exclude some dataset from post-processing. For example, in a scenario when you want to focus on relevant designs only (such as getting a filtered dataset on Scatter).
You can easily filter out data by clearing the Post Process checkbox within Evaluation Data tab.
Bonus Tip: You can leverage the options from the right-click context menu to Sort up/Sort down response values and then exclude a selection (such as the top 10 highest/smallest values).
