License file lost

Dear ladies and gentlemen,

last Friday i got a Lisence for a trial of altair products. I downloaded the SimSolid Software with access for 14 days. Yesterday the Liscense File "altair_lic.dat" in the path C:\Program Files\SimSolid\2021\SimSolid2021.1\security disappeared from my computer. Finally i can not use SimSolid anymore. What can i do? Where can i get the missing file?
