Reflections and diffractions of sound

Hi,

 

I am working on Vibro Acoustic analysis of a speaker using optistruct. I need to evaluate the reflection and diffractions of sound.

 

Please let me know if it can be done in  optistruct.  If not, any other altair partner software can do?
