Job Launcher in Acusolve doesn't work
Hi everybody,
I have a problem with AcuSolve from Hyperworks. When I want to launch the Solver Job Launcher the 'solver exec dir' is empty, but in another topic of this forum I saw that a possible solution is to insert the installation path of acusolve (as you can see in the image below).
I can't press the button Launch..
Instead, if I export the Solver Deck in AcuConsole ,resetting some data, the solution run.
What could be the problem?
thanks in advance

You many need to specify the 'Output format' to something other than 'None'. Does your version have the 'AcuSolve Job Launcher' instead?

Dear acupro, thanks for your response
I have the academic version and I have this one in the image
.
Where is the acusolve job launcher?

The AcuSolve Job Launcher should be available in your Start > Program > Altair 2019> AcuSolve folder, like the screenshot below.
OR even using the Search for Job Launcher on Windows 10 should reveal it.

thank you, ydigit, for your help.

My previous comment about 'Output Format' will not resolve anything. That just means if you want to translate the output results to a format other than the native AcuSolve format, after the job is complete - so None is fine.

hi,
did you solve the problem?
for my experience, the reason is very simple.
the problem directory contains 'space' in the path. you need to remove it.
no space are allowed in the folder path /emoticons/default_biggrin.png' srcset='/emoticons/biggrin@2x.png 2x' title=':D' width='20' />0
