Hyperworks 2019 Closing at launch

Hello,

 

I have an issue to launch Hyperworks.

I have installed the software and put the licensing file in the security folder but when I launch Hyperworks, it starts and after about 5 seconds of loading shuts down without any error message.

I know 2 other colleagues who have the same issue on their own computers, one having an error message saying that Hyperworks has stopped working.

 

If you can help me that would be great.

    The first thing you have to do is checking your hardware with Altair's supported hardware list (Graphic card)

    I haven't been able to find an official Altair's supported hardware list. Could you give me a link ?

    However, my graphic card is an Intel HD4400 and I read that Intel's cards are not supported /recommended.

    My computer is a I7   2.4GHz  with 4Gb ram.

    Yes, keep your Intel graphic card for .... games and buy a real Nvidia Quadro card for work :D/emoticons/default_biggrin.png' srcset='/emoticons/biggrin@2x.png 2x' title=':D' width='20' />
