isolate few elements between numbers interval

Hi all, I have one model that contains 20000 elements. Almost all of them have been renumber starting from 5000000. Few elements (50 elements) remains with initial numbering starting to 1. I need to know if is possible to isolate this few elements in order to renumbering. Thank you!
