Urban/Indoor Propagation

Hi,

I have tried to do an example to learn the WinProb basics.
I read more than one document but I need an example with all required files (like GlobalMaterialCatalogue.mcb).
I don't know how I can get the following :

Find the completed model in the Altair installation directory, for example:
Altair\2022.3\help\winprop\examples\GetStarted_models\Project2_Hybrid_Urban_Indoor_Scenario.

or 

Project1_Indoor_Scenario\Database\GlobalMaterialCatalogue.mcb
