How can I create meshes of plate elements from nodes in HyperWorks release of version 2022.2?

In HyperMesh Legacy I usually use Ruled panel under 2D Page to create mesh of 2D elements from nodes.

Due to fact that the option Ruled doesn’t available under 2D Page now, How can I do the same operations in HyperWorks release version 2022.2?

I tried to use the Ruled Ribbon under Geometry menu, as shown in the image below, but I don’t have the possibility to create elements from nodes (I can create only surface).
