HOW TO set all components active and can be exported?

I want to set all components active and can be exported. Why the TCL code below doesn't work?

*createmark comps 1 all;

*marksuppressactive comps 1 0;

*createmark comps 1 all;

*marksuppressoutput comps 1 0;
