Creat CBUSH with cylindrical coordinate

dear all

       I want to creat a CBUSH element to simulate a rubber with axial stiffness and radial stiffness. I tried cylindrical coordinate, but the result is same as rectangular coordinate.

How could I solve this problem? Thanks!
