Can i check gap between 2 components?
for example two rounded plates?

Use Measures panel to measure distance or gap between nodes.

I know how to check it between nodes, but i need to check it between two components, the average gap...
i don't know if there is a direct way to measure the average gap between components.
What you can do, is to use the collision detection tool. Here you can check possible contacts between elements and components (safe, proximity, collision).
As default the icon for collision detection is switched off. Please try this:
* Menu->View->Toolbars->Hyperview->Tools (switch it on)
* at the new toolbar you can find a icon called 'Collision detection'
* choose components and necessary options....
