Wednesday Wisdom: Updating Your Contact Details and Privacy Settings

This week, for Wednesday Wisdom, I wanted to provide some information on how to update your contact information and how to control the information shared with others.
Updating Contact Details:
Your contact details are located under your profile picture. You may have also noticed that your role and company are shown below your name on the top of your profile. To update any of the information in either of these locations please send me an email (rcronin@altair.com) or a private message with the details you would like to be updated and what you would like them to be updated to.
Privacy Settings:
You have control over the information others see on your profile. If you navigate to your profile and select the "My Account" tab you can review and update these settings by selecting "Privacy Settings."
You can opt-in or opt-out of showing up in the directory, and update who can see the specified content on your profile page (see choices for who can see your profile below).
Public- Anyone that can find your profile
My Contacts-Only users you are connected with (accepted contact requests)
Members Only-anyone who can login to the Altair Knowledge Works community
Only Me- You will see this information on your profile but no one else will be able to.
