Can a Automator Visual Process be renamed?

I am able to rename Automator processes, but I do not see that Automator will allow me to edit a Visual Process name.

    Yes.  If you go in to the visual process, the easiest way is to change the name in the upper left (in my example Accidental Drug Related Deaths) by clicking on the title and selecting the text:

    and then click the save button (the one that looks like an old floppy).  The new name should be reflected in the save dialog wizard as well.
