Hi everyone , in Inspire Cast I get "Mesh Failded" error, it's caused by small gaps in the model. So what should I do to fill these gaps in Inspire Cast

    Hello Adela.

Depending on the complexity of the shape, modifications may be limited.
The attached slide is attached with the relevant contents of the educational materials.
(It's a guide to the shape of Inspire Cast, but I think it will be helpful, so I'm attaching it. Just check how to check and modify.)

It is recommended to check the connection in detail for the shape of the product and runner system before meshing.

Since Inspire Mold create finite elements, so it is recommended to modify the shape smaller than the element size.

And, if you apply Inspire Mold 2024, you can see that element creation errors have been reduced a lot in the absence of Gap.
Please test it with a new version.
(The picture below is from Advanced, and Inspire Mold 2024 have improved a lot on existing Fast condition).

In 2024, the performance of traditional 'Detailed option' has been applied to 'Fast option', and the resulting consistency on the deformation trend has been greatly increased.

    Thanks and Best Regards,
