Enable Mutliple Processors/Cores for Meshing operations
I am looking for a way to either a) Enable Hypermesh to be multi-thread, multi-core aware or /emoticons/default_cool.png' alt='B)'> setup a command file or script to mesh collectors individually via the help of another Altair program that can utilize all of the processors available on a computer and save the results to a file. Are either of these options available? If not, is there a reason they are not?
My current setup is meshing out a vehicle for CFD evaluation after export. Various vehicle surfaces are to be meshed differently and element size will have to 'feather' out from around 0.15' to 12' gradually.
Thanks for any help,
Charles

Having same doubt, if u got the answer plz let me know.
Batch mesh is the option where we can use multiple core, but what about hypermesh ? can we utilize number of core in hypermesh for meshing & geometry cleanup ?

IMHO, Hypermesh can not (yet) run on multi-core system.
