Press O on the keyboard to enter option panel or Select preference from Pulldown menu and select menu config.
See attached screenshot.

right click on desktop and select 'personalize'
click on 'display' at left lower corner and select appropriated size
If you want to change font size partially, make a tcl script and configure font size for expected widgets

Hehe, I do right click .... everywhere but can't found 'personalize' on my HM13 /emoticons/default_sad.png' alt=':(' srcset='/emoticons/sad@2x.png 2x' width='20' height='20'>
I mean right click on window desktop instead of hypermesh
