CFAILURE in PCOMPP
Hy there,
i want to create an Output of Composite failure criteria for my model. I tried this according to the following topic:
But i can't find the 'CFAILURE' Output request Option in the 'OUTPUT' Card.
I am using PCOMPP as Property, might this cause the problem?
Thanks for your help,
Andreas Kießkalt

Hi Andreas Kießkalt,
Go to Control Cards>> Global output Request>> CFAILURE and use the same to output failure parameters.

Which version of HyperWorks are you using?
HyperWorks versions prior to 14.0 doesn't have this feature to include CFAILURE through gui. It has to be included in solver file manually.

Hy again,
now i can choose the result type 'Composite Failure Index(s)' but if i look at the contour plot, all elements have the value zero.
Can you imagine what is my mistake?
Thanks in advance,

Hi,
Make sure you select desired failure theory in PCOMPP property card. I see that's missing.
