I cannot use "same as" assignment

Hello,all

 

I have made a symmetry bumper model on HyperMesh, so I want to make its property and material same as each other.

However, once I assigned as so, its not applied.

 

I use HyperMesh -RADIOSS Block12 format now.

 

could you give me an advice? /emoticons/default_smile.png' alt=':)' srcset='/emoticons/smile@2x.png 2x' width='20' height='20'>

Close all your HyperWorks application on your machine and follow the below:

 

Please delete setting files on your machine. Follow the link below on how to delete setting files:

Also, delete .Altair folder in temporary directory. Go to Run and type in %Temp% and click OK (see the picture below)

 

Now open HyperMesh and try again.

I'm sorry but I couldn't do this work.

Run window is not for type in but for selection.

I did as you taught me, but  nothing was changed./emoticons/default_sad.png' alt=':(' srcset='/emoticons/sad@2x.png 2x' width='20' height='20'>

 

Component > update > select comp > click triangle left of [card] button > select 'same as' > click [same as] button > select other comp > return

 

when i check assignment after did them, it is returned as before change.

can you card edit the updated component and check the property and material ID for the same?

 

it should have the same property and material ID of the master component. Also make sure you have assigned PART as card image to master component.
