WinProp tutorial

Sorry but does anyone happen to have more tutorial resourse such as video about WinProp and ProMan in particular?

I find the current materials  a bit inadequate compared to for example Feko. I am learning this software at a slow pace... If anyone has any more resources please let me know... much appreciated! Thank you so much!
