Stress not distributed on the body

Hello,

I've created this hollow cylinder with an closed end and aplied some forces on top of it to simulate in a simpler way the smashing of a soda can.
Everything seems to be right, except for the results that doesn't look right, can anyone tell me what I'm doing wrong?
