I want to obtain Shear Force and Bending Moment for a cantilever beam with concentrated end load. How can I obtain it? If there are any specific tutorial will be useful.

    In your case:

    • Shear force = 100.0 (constant over the beam)
    • Bending moment max = FORCE x (distance from load point to clamped section) => So bending moment is linear.

    Another question?

in this case, it is very simple, and could be calculated manually.

But you could do this for simpler or more complicated models, you can use FBD tools in both HM and HV. Check the attached model.
