How to apply force on center of mass?

Hello guys, I want to know how can I apply forces on the center of mass of a part. I'm analysing a tubular chassis and I want to apply centripetal force and the pilot weight for example.  Hope you help me. Already thank you!

  You can use remote load on that case.
