    Hi,

You are facing an error due to OUTPUT,FSTOSZ,YES
Even after fixing it you will not able to run the optimization properly due to other errors.
Prefer to convert from based composite to ply based. So, you will be able to run optimization easier.
Watch the videos below that might help you.

    Thank you,

    Thanks a lot.

According to your advice, I found another video teach me how to Convert zone based composite model to ply based

Convert Zone Based Composite Model to Ply Based - Altair University

After converting, I still meet a problem:

ERROR 14 Missing PLY referenced by STACK

    and here is my model(updated)

    Thank you!

Please see the file attached, it's running with no error.
Be sure you are using properly the constraints, minimum/maximum thickness in your model, and so on.
    Thank you,

Thank you, but I'm new to Hypermesh. So I don't know how to open FEM files.

    Hyperview shows:

    Failed to attach results.

Can I have a look at the hm file so that I can learn how to use those constraints properly?

    Please excuse my ignorance.

    Thank you!

    Hi, no problems.
Please find attached the .hm for v2022.
You can also click file/import/solver deck (be sure you are using solver interface OptiStruct) to import the .fem file.
    Hope it works for you.
