Student License is activated on old PC. I can't deactivate license now.

I can not access to my old PC. So, I can't deactivate my student license on my own. Is there any method that I can deactivate my license? If not, can you deactivate my student license to reactivate my license on my new PC?

My problem has solved. My student license expired today. It works well after I renew it.
