sir i have put inacti 6,then 2

but the problem persists and also i have assign the properties properly

    Hi Pranav,

    Penetration is defined as the overlap of the material thickness of shell elements and these can result in weird behavior of the model. We can manual and auto fix for these.

    The methods are as below:

    Hi,

    In the model , you have two layers of elements for each components which is self contact interface issue. Delete one of the layers for complete model by using F5>select on element of one component>select by attached>mask>reverse> you will be able to see another layer then .

    Make it only one mesh , this issue will get resolved.
