Why does the following error appear when simulating a 3D IRT model (the preprocessed database is used)

    There could be various reasons behind and the exact error for each transmitter is reported under the individual transmitter tab, e.g. "Site 1 Antenna 1".


    Please have a look at the individual tabs and scroll up there from the bottom to read the first error message in red. This should allow to change the project parameters so that the errors are avoided.

    Otherwise please contact us again with the detailed error message reported in the transmitter tab.
    Or provide us your project in a zip archive using in ProMan "File => Export => Export project as zip archive").
