tune different layer

As I know there’s a function we can compare the accuracy of different ML algorithm. But I’d like to know if there’s possible to count how many layers get lowest sum of square error(SSE) by ANN? If that could be possible, please let me know the process of how to do it with Rapidminer and even where the related resource is. Thanks!
