Problems issuing student licenses

Hello,

To use the Altair Student License, follow the site instructions below.

In step.2, the license activation key does not appear as shown in the picture above.

When I inquired by email, I received a response asking me to sign up with the school's official account,

but my account is already the school's official account.

Your Altair One account has been verified and you have been placed in your university account. You should now be able to access the Student Edition Bundle and the license activation key on the Altair One Marketplace - https://altairone.com/home

Kindly refresh the page or try logging out and logging back into Altair One Marketplace. Let me know if you still encounter the issue.

I too have a similar problem. Is it that my account is not verified?

Hi,

You have been moved to the university account and your account has been verified, you should be able to access the student edition license now, please let us know if this is the case and the issue is resolved.

I am able to view student license section in the marketplace now. But the key is not generating. When I click on the Get license button it's just showing "Fetching License", it's not proceeding forward.

I have attached a screenshot so you can look into it.
