Resolve Managed License SSL Issue | SSL/TLS Handshake Failed

Error Description:
SOAP 1.1 fault SOAP-ENV:Client [no subcode]
"SSL_ERROR_SSL
error:14007086:SSL routines:CONNECT_CR_CERT:certificate verify failed
unable to get local issuer certificate"
Detail: SSL/TLS handshake failed

Please perform the following steps:

1. Make sure you have installed all updates and are using the latest version of the product. The latest version is always available from the Marketplace.
2. Work with your IT department to create an exception in your proxy for the traffic going to our servers on port 443 (https):
   • https://client.hhwu.altair.com - Used for general licensing checkouts
   • https://auth.hhwu.altair.com - Used for authorizing though tokens
   • https://auth.admin.altairone.com - Used for authorizing machine with Altair One username and password
   • https://alas.admin.altairone.com - Used for activation through Altair Licensing Activation System
   • https://auth.login.solidthinking.com - Legacy - Used for authorizing machine with Altair One username and password in older versions of software
