How activate the student licence?

Good morning,

I am attempting to install Altair Student by following the step-by-step (step-by-step tutorial ) tutorial. However, I am unable to activate the license. According to the instructions, an activation window should appear, allowing the entry of the license number. In my case, as demonstrated, this activation window does not appear.
