Hyperworks is not converting

I am using the student version. When I try to to import a simple model into hyperworks, either nothing happnes or the software closes. I tried to import using many formats, like STEP, IGES, Parasolid, Catia V5, NX, VDA and Rhino. When I try to import the file to other softwares it works properly, but not in hyperworks. What should I do?

If any format gives you an error, it might be related to your installation getting corrupted or something similar.

Have you verified the integrity of the installer file, with checksum?

It might be related to some installation error, probably.

Maybe redownloading the software would be recommended for testing.

I tried to reinstall the software with a new download already, however I don't know how to verify the integrity with checksum.

I tried to open the STEP file I'm trying to convert on Inspire as well, and it worked there.
