Unable to split the geometry

Hi I have installed hypermesh 2022.3 version and I am trying to perform optistruct for my component, but when I try to pre processing like spliting the surface the object suddenly turns into black colour and I cannot perform any action. Has someone faced this issue earlier. I tried changing colour it changes but when I to perform any action it turns black. Can someone please help me with this.

I have not seen this type of issue. I would start by looking at this article.

First things I would try are updating the graphics driver using custom/clean option.

And deleting temporary settings files.
