University liscensing issues

Hello, I recently downloaed twin activate and as soon as I opened the app it asked me for a liscense server and a liscense file, I was told that my liscense would be activated by entering the altair dashboard utilizing my university credentials, how can I acquire a liscense which already exists through the university of Bologna. The course I need this program for is Dynamics and Compliant Control of Electrical Vehicles M, taught by Professor Alessandro Tasora. Thank you in advance.

I have checked in the system and there is no record of your university purchasing a license. However, as a verified student, you can access the student edition bundle on the Altair One marketplace by following the instructions in this video.
