I can't find the Student Suite in the Marketplace

Hi,

My student licence expired and I'd like to extend it.

I'm trying to follow the step-by-step guide (https://web.altair.com/altair-student-edition#license-activation), but I can't find the Student Suite in the Marketplace.

Where can I find it? Or is there another way to get the licence?

I can see in the system that you have already created an Altair One account and successfully activated your license. Please let me know if you have any queries.

Hi Suhas,

Apparently the activation was successfull, as you can see in the attachment, but I still cannot use Hypermesh.

The menu is very limited and I cannot open models, as you can also see in the attachment.

Am I doing something wrong?
