3D elements automatically creates during 2D mesh

Hi

 

when i am trying to remesh to avoid opposite trias a new component called 3D faced being created .

couple of time i faced the same issue . can any one tell why is it happening .

    By local remeshing you can combine two tria elements to quad element.

    when i am remeshing itself some 2D faces as in the pictue (RED in color) are automatically generated.

    What can be the reason .

    Hi mpvnaresh,

     

    The algorithm used for re-meshing could be temporarily creating it, usually any such modifications will be handled in the end by automatically deleting. Btw, which version of Hyperworks are you using?
