Applying an angular acceleration in a linear static simulation

Hi, I would like to apply an angular acceleration to a component whose stresses are mainly due to such kind of loading.
Angular acceleration will cause a distributed loading proportional to the distance from the rotation center. For this reason, a simple GRAV load collector doesn't suit my needs (it causes a uniform loading).
I did some research but the only rotational acceleration I could find was RFORCE which is devoted to centrifugal acceleration modelling (as far as I could tell it won't consider "tangential" acceleration).

Could please someone suggest the most accurate procedure for this kind of situation?

Thank you,
Yuri
