is a license valid for both Windows and Linux version?

I believe I am in BASH shell. Maybe a stupid question as I am new for Linux. The flashing out is because of the license_path undefined?

Sadly，no... I can open the supervisor, but when I start a new project, it will flash out, even through the license path is defined.
