Cant activate the Student license and cant find the student license on the marketplace

I have added the Hypermesh last year and due to some reason i formatted the PC and am trying to install the Hypermesh again, I have installed the software and its asking for activation but the username and password doesnt work my old license file doesnt work and I cant find the student license on the marketplace.

Your Altair One account has been verified. You should now be able to access the Student Edition Bundle and the license activation key on the Altair One Marketplace - https://altairone.com/home
