Unable to register to e-learning course

Hello all,

I sent a request for several instructor-led courses and got back links in my email to Webex to register for the courses. However, when I click the link on the page (not at the bottom as the email advised, no other links in the page) I get an notice that I have already registered and no got no invitations to the virtual classrooms.

I don't know if I'm really registered to all courses and should receive the virtual classroom links nearer the courses? Should I pull a service request or can someone here advise me?
