how represent correctly a certain given PSD

Hello,
I want to study a cantilever beam subjected to a given PSD for a Random Vibration Analysis case study. The given PSD has the form linked in the image above. 
Can anyone suggest me how to represent correctly this spectrum? In particular, will I use TABRND_1 & RANDPS cards for this analysis? In this case, how can I set up these cards with correct numbers and units for reproducing correctly the given spectrum?

    Here is an excel table to help you extract the points needed to create the PSD curve for OptiStruct.
