How can I read the *.pat file in Hyperview?

The *.pat files are file for Patran and are created by some programs like BileEnduro for sample.

Also how can I read the *fdm file in Hyperview. This file are created by Falancs software from LSM.

Other postprocessors (Metapost for sample) can read this files.

    Hi,

    i havn't any *.pat file at the moment, but if you open a model file at 'Load Model' (first button on the left side in HV client) you can select Patran Input *.pat as file format. That means a translator are available.

    I think you didn't understood my question.

    The .pat file is not generated by Patran. The .pat file is generated by BilEnduro software from Renault.

    Same problem is for .fdm file. This file is generated by Falancs softeare by LMS.

    I repeat, unfortunately for Altair, other postprocessor can do it (Metapost from Beta-Cae).

    Probably in the future this problems will be solved but until then, I need to buy license for other postprocessor. And this is bad.
